Aushka Jayawardana has 10+ years of experience in working within an agile environment including immense experience in the mobile devices and e-commerce sectors. He has a broad skill-set having worn many hats within his career, ranging from programmer, planner, manager, strategist and marketer. This has led him to develop a unique ability to navigate and manage complex challenges/projects.

“I care more about delivering and focus less on the credit and the fame, as execution is what matters in the end. My greatest strength has always been to translate technical innovation into relatable user benefits because knowing how to package and explain a piece of new technology or feature is as essential to its commercial success as figuring out how to make it work,” says Anushka who joined Spreadshirt in 2013.

As Global Director of Product at Spreadshirt he is responsible for the management and development of the consumer and partner experiences in a business that spans across 18 markets worldwide.
