Dan is an international online retailing specialist, who has worked across a wide range of businesses including high street retail, lifestyle apparel brands and internet start-ups. As an alumnus from the first ever Internet Retailing master qualification, Dan specialises in driving fast growth business and developing online commerce in new markets.
In his most recent posts, Dan has been responsible for international ecommerce and multi- channel customer solutions at Monsoon Accessorize, Head of Operations for Seattle based Mum’s e-tailer Zulily, and Ecommerce Director for Timberland, who are part of the global brand group VF Corporation.
Now settled back on home turf in the UK, Dan is working for heritage drinks retailer Whittard of Chelsea, responsible for enhancing their customer experience and growing ecommerce. Dan is passionate about using data & analytics to bring a brand experience to life across multiple channels and in multiple territories.
