Sarah started her retail career at Debenhams, initially in a digital marketing role before moving into product development launching Debenhams first iPhone app and subsequent android and iPad apps. She then took responsibility for digital development across channels before being approached to head up House of Fraser's Business Development team. This gave her an opportunity to get involved in bricks and mortar, running their Click and Collect operation and their Online Stores. In the latter part of her career at House of Fraser as Director of Digital Product she was responsible for a team of 55. While at House of Fraser Click and Collect grew from £75m to £150m and NPS increased 2%. In September 2017 Sarah joined The Rug Company a PE backed luxury rug retailer as Digital Director with significant growth aspirations.
