Bruce is chairman of BrandAlley, the leading flash sales retailer for the UK market, offering a “Bicester Village” style shopping experience online across fashion, beauty and homeware to its millions of affluent, savvy shoppers.  Bruce led a management buyout of BrandAlley from News International in 2013, and has developed a team which has transformed the business into a profitable, high growth etailer, offering a unique marketing channel through which its luxury and premium brand partners attract new and affluent customers and clear stock profitably.  Prior to investing in BrandAlley, Bruce was chairman of RunningBall, a leading real-time sports data company sold to Perform Group in 2012.  Bruce read history at Oxford and served in the Welsh Guards before spending fifteen years in investment banking, advising media and technology businesses on mergers, acquisitions and financings.
