Some of his notable campaigns include Change4Life, TDA teacher recruitment, Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA), Business Link, the Wickes' MyCard loyalty scheme, and Wickes TradePro.

His role encompasses all CRM and digital marketing activities such as CDP, email, SMS, DM, PPC, SEO, and Affiliates. He is commercially aware and has a robust knowledge of direct and digital marketing's role in developing customer-centric contact strategies, alongside a deep understanding of the technical, data, and creative requirements necessary to deliver effective CRM that maximises objectives, sales, and ROI.
