Grace is a senior strategist and marketer with over 10-years' experience building brands and growing fandoms around the world. After spending a decade working in film, where she spent the bulk of her career expanding the Harry Potter franchise internationally for Warner Bros, Grace moved to The Lego Group where she is working across the go-to-market planning for their kids' digital products and experiences. 

In the background to Grace’s career, she has been in a challenging journey of personal discovery and healing after she caught a virus in 2014 that left her with a lifelong chronic illness and invisible disability. Grace is passionate about raising awareness of invisible disabilities and exploring what the future looks like for brands and the workforce with increasingly diverse and disabled audiences and talent.
