Over the last 7 years, Quaid has worked across multiple startups operating within the last mile logistics and q-commerce space. Most recently, Quaid served as Head of Delivery Operations at Jiffy Grocery (a British q-commerce player). Last year, he became an independent Delivery Operations Consultant working with leading industry players across Europe (including Flink, Getir, GoPuff, and Ryde) and now advises startups and scaleups on how to improve their logistics and courier management functionalities.
