My name is Rachel and I have been working in the e-commerce industry for over 8 years now. I have worked at Net World Sports for 4 years starting out as a translator before moving into the Online Platform team. Currently,  am the Online Platform Manager and I look after a team of 6 with our focus being on looking after our Amazon platforms as well as more recently, we are now looking to branch out into other platforms with Allegro and TikTok Shop up and running and then we are also looking into branching into Walmart as well. My focus within the business is to establish these third-party platforms and to make sure we are not only generating sales but also increasing our brand awareness.
