She has a decade of experience as a diversity and inclusion consultant and has delivered projects, audits and reviews for major organisations such as the Post Office, McDonalds, IKEA, Hilton, and the Levelling Up Department of the Cabinet Office.

She runs her own personal gender identity equality campaign and is a gender inclusion specialist, however the training and programmes she facilitates cover all the protected characteristics, and she is passionate about creating a society of allies for the benefit of all minority and marginalised people.
